- Application Procedure:
(1) Register online: https://courseeng.npust.edu.tw/Admission/
(2) Fill out the online application form and upload the required documents
2. Required Documents:
(1) Study plan (Bachelor)/Research proposal (master or doctoral program’s applicant only)
(2) Highest degree’s diploma. Final year students may upload certificate of study (enrollment) issued by current university
(3) Highest degree’s transcript
(4) Two recommendation letters from different referees (no fixed format required)
(5) Financial statement showing a minimum balance of USD 3,000 or equivalent.
(6) Applicants to English-taught programs must submit an English proficiency certificate. (at least CEFR B1 level or an equivalent internationally recognized certificate)
(7) Applicants to Chinese-taught programs must submit a Chinese language certificate (at least TOCFL A2 level or an equivalent internationally recognized certificate)
(8) Passport
(9) Other support documents (optional)
Remark: Please submit English translation if documents not wrote in Chinese or English.

Applicants who wish to apply for programs taught in Chinese must possess a Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) certificate at level A2 or above, or an equivalent internationally recognized language proficiency certificate. Applicants to the Bachelor’s Program in Veterinary Medicine must have a TOCFL certificate at level B1 or above, or an equivalent internationally recognized language proficiency certificate.
Applicants applying for programs taught in English must demonstrate English proficiency at CEFR level B1 or above, or an equivalent internationally recognized language proficiency certificate.
Financial statement showing a minimum balance of USD 3,000 or equivalent.

We will send the Letter of Acceptance to qualified applicants. The Letter of Acceptance will include your scholarship information. Please check your email frequently.

<Tuition Refund Standards>
(1) Students who apply for suspension or withdrawal before the registration date (inclusive) shall be exempted from paying the fee; those who have already paid the fee will be fully refunded.
(2) Students apply for leave and withdrawal from the day after the registration date to the day before the school start date. For those who adopt the tuition and miscellaneous fee system, two-thirds of the tuition fee, miscellaneous fees and all other fees will be refunded; for those who adopt the credit-based tuition and miscellaneous fee system, two-thirds of the base tuition and miscellaneous fees, credit fees, and all other fees will be refunded.
(3) Students apply for suspension or withdrawal after the class (starting) day (inclusive) but less than one-third of the semester.
For those who adopt the tuition and miscellaneous fee system, two-thirds of the sum of tuition and miscellaneous fees and other fees will be refunded;
for those who adopt the system of credit-based tuition and miscellaneous fees, two-thirds of the sum of credit fees, tuition and miscellaneous fee bases, and other fees will be refunded.
(4) Students who apply for a leave of absence or drop-out after one-third of the semester, but not two-thirds of the semester,
For those who adopt the tuition and miscellaneous fee system, one-third of the sum of tuition and miscellaneous fees and other fees will be refunded;
for those who adopt the system of credit-based tuition and miscellaneous fees, one-third of the sum of credit fees, tuition and miscellaneous fee bases, and other fees will be refunded.
(5) All fees paid by students who apply for suspension or withdrawal after two-thirds of the semester will not be refunded.
